Un altro principio cardine dell'Edenamismo si fonda sulla volontà/capacità di entrare in connessione con la natura, quale via privilegiata per il raggiungimento di un benessere mentale, spirituale e fisico. Ci sono molti modi per entrare in connessione con la natura per diminuire lo stress. Eccone alcuni:

La pratica Edenamista suggerisce prioritariamente il semplice camminare nella natura, al mare, in montagna,in un bosco, purché lo si faccia senza stress, senza traguardi imposti ed in piena serenità, tranquillità e gioia, non come un esercizio da dover seguire ma come una pratica di pieno godimento e benessere e quindi senza regole imposte o ricette
